Planned is a furniture workshop with its own factory in São João das Lampas, Sintra, producing custom kitchens, wardrobes and bathroom furniture for clients in Sintra, Mafra, Ericeira, Cascais and Lisbon. As a web design agency specializing in local businesses, Webmari built a site that works as a showcase of real work.
Behind the public site, Webmari also built a mini-ERP-style backoffice that tracks the business from quote to production, with a quote calculation engine, stock management, a production calendar and a bilingual chatbot for customer support.
Custom furniture is a trust-based purchase. The site needed to prove quality quickly, without relying only on text, and explain a quote, 3D design, production and installation process that many clients aren't familiar with.
